Case
Details: In January 1995, Rickey Allen Bright was paroled from prison after serving fifteen years for the kidnap and attempted rape of a 7 year old girl in Gastonia, North Carolina. Eight months later, Bright commited an almost identical crime in Wilkes County, North Carolina. At around 3am on October 8, 1995, Bright entered his neighbor's trailer and abducted a 9 year old girl. He drove the child to a wooded area in West Virgina and then beat and raped her. Afterwards, Bright drove around for several hours with the girl before she was able to convince him to let her go, which he did about a mile from her home. Her mother located her at around 2pm and she told the police about what happened. Bright vanished and was last seen on November 4, 1995, at a hotel in Akron, Ohio. He is considered armed and dangerous and has since been added to the FBI's Ten Most Wanted list.
