Case

Details: Twenty-five-year-old Ramzi Ahmed Yousef is suspected of participating in the 1993 bombing of the World Trade Center. He arrived in the United States in September 1992. The bombing, which occurred on February 26, 1993, killed six people and injured more than one thousand. FBI investigators connected Yousef and four others to the bombing. The other four co-conspirators were quickly arrested, but Yousef has fled the United States. Yousef is currently on the FBI's Ten Most Wanted list.

Results: Captured. Yousef was arrested on February 7, 1995, in Pakistan. Along with the World Trade Center bombing, Yousef was also linked to the bombing of Philippine Airlines Flight 434 and the Bojinka plot. He was convicted of murder and attempted murder; he was sentenced to life in prison.
