Details: Filiberto Ojeda Rios is the ringleader of a Puerto Rican terrorist group "Los Macheteros" who was responsible for shooting a surface-to-air missile at FBI headquarters in San Juan, Puerto Rico, on October 30, 1983. The missile was bought because of a $7 million heist that occurred a month earlier that were done by Victor Gerena, a member of the terrorist group. He has not been seen since 1990.

Results: Captured. On September 23, 2005, he was killed by FBI agents in his home in Puerto Rico. Gerena is still at large.
