Details: Ray Muniz of Austin, Texas, owns and operates his own auto tinting shop. Since he was nine, he claims to have encountered aliens on five separate occasions. He became a local celebrity as a result. He later started his own cable access show called "Project UFO". Every week, he speaks to people who claim to have had their own alien encounters. In June 1996, he received a video from a person which apparently showed an unidentified object in the sky over Georgetown.
A few days later, a mysterious group of unknown individuals known as the "Men in Black" arrived at Ray's shop, claiming to have a summons for him from the IRS. They asked him to go to a building to give a document. When he went back outside, he noticed that they had vanished. Later that day, he went to the address listed on the summons. While there, he encountered another "Man in Black". After a few seconds, the man told him that he could leave, even though he never looked at the papers. When he returned home, he found that his video collection had been ransacked; it had apparently been searched by the "Men in Black". However, the video, surprisingly, was still there. He has been unable to explain his bizarre encounters.
