Details: Fifty-three-year-old Jimmie Wayne Pierce has the appearance of a gentle, kind-hearted grandfather. In reality, he is one of the ten most wanted fugitives in Oklahoma. The charges against him are indecent and lewd acts with a child. His alleged victim was a nine-year-old girl from Oklahoma City. For three years, he was in a romantic relationship with the girl's mother. During this time, he secretly molested and raped the child. The girl told her mother who then told the police. However, Pierce vanished before he could be arrested. Police believe that his M.O. is to date mothers in order to have access to their young children.
Pierce enjoys city life and has been known to drive miles out of his way for Baskin Robbins ice cream. He is believed to be living in the Southwest, working in a cash-only business. In the past, he has found maintenance work in low-income apartment buildings. He also has an extensive background in the security field. At one point, he held a private investigator's license. Police warn that he should be considered armed and dangerous.

Pierce in 2007
Results: Captured. Pierce was arrested in 1997. He was convicted of child molestation and sentenced to prison. He was later released; however, he was arrested again in 2007 for lewd acts against a child. He was convicted of those charges in 2008 and sentenced to eight years in prison. He has since been released and is currently on Oklahoma's Sex Offender Registry.
